M S Bidve Engineering College

The teaching faculty of M S Bidve Engineering College is well qualified and experienced; approximately 80 percent of the faculty members have a Ph.D. degree, while 20 percent have master's degree. The college has total 150+ faculty members teaching in it and average faculty experience is 12-15 years teaching experience. Currently, Majority of the faculty members have industry exposure, about 25% of the faculty members have work experience in industries, and about 10% of the faculty members have international exposure. The faculty-to-student ratio is around 1:12, permitting concentrating on individual clients, and providing necessary assistance. The college also has twenty to twenty five visiting faculty members from leading industries and organizations for enlightening the students.

In order to seek admission in B E / B Tech in M S Bidve Engineering College, candidate are supposed to appear for the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) or the Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental College of Karnataka (COMEDK). The college offers admission through direct of which 60% of the students join through KCET and remaining 40% through COMEDK. The candidates should have completed their 10 plus 2 with not less than 45 % marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Although JEE Main scores are also considered by the college.
