Hi,
German universities mainly focus on academic scores, so you need to have a strong academic profile for increasing your chances. There should not be year gap, backlogs and percentage should be in range of 75 at least.

Hi Amit,
As for eligibility, you need to be a graduate in relevant subjects from a recognized university in India. You would need to write an IELTS exam and possible also a GRE as most universities require the same.
Also, since it is a rather niche course, I would recommend you to check whether it is offered in English or not. If not, you would also need to clear German Language Exams.

Hi Sachin,
You must complete your bachelor's degree with quite good academic grades. GRE is optional for German universities, so you will be required to take only IELTS or TOEFL. You must check the university websites for minimum requirements. Fee is usually quite reasonable and may be around EURO 250 per semester for international students and varies with the universities. I will also suggest you to go through the DAAD website which contains fee and scholarship information.
Here are the links-

I hope it helps.
