Shortlist the universities in which you are interested in and check the minimum requirements. Most of the universities require an overall minimum of 6.5 with no band less than 6. Still you can manage to get conditional admit with 5.5 score in few universities. But, it might create some problem during VISA.
I would suggest you to retake IELTS and apply later to the universities

Hello, you can pursue your MS in Chemical Engineering itself or go for specializations like biomolecular engineering, petroleum engineering, plastic and dye technology etc. Chemical engineering is itself vast, you may go through program curricula in details of the universities and decide what would be best for you keeping your career interests into consideration.

Hello,
Applicants for MS in Construction Management must normally hold a bachelor's degree in a construction and related field. If you have a different background you may then be required to have work experience in construction and related areas. I suggest you to visit the university webpages for detailed eligibility criterion - Deakin University, University of Melbourne and Swinburne Inst. of Technology.

Dear Ashish,
From the academic side, it is only the English language test IELTS which you need to give and if i remember the score required may be overall 7.5 or 7 with no band less than 7 or 6.5. From the practising perspective i think you need to clear a licencing exam, so please check this out with the University you are applying to.

Hello Madhur, look for universities to pursue your master's. You may refer to Financial Times Ranking or QS world ranking for the university listings as it is not possible to list out names of all universities here.

Dear Ranjita, I will advice you to try for IIT once again. IIT degrees are reputed all over the world. Studying in India will also lessen any financial burden. If however you don't get through an IIT pursue your MS abroad but from respectable universities. For the top universities please refer to QS Ranking.
