Your academic percentage is very low to get into Germany and Canada but you can still try to learn German language and apply in Germany.

Hey Rajas, Every university is having an eligibility criteria. As far as I can tell I think most of the university needs above 60% +IELTS + GRE Score and some of the university ask for above 75%. Both the countries have a great prospect for mechanical and automobile engineering. Germany is good for Civil Engineering where as Canada is good for Gas & Petroleum engineering, but in Germany, German language proficiency is also important.

Out of 6 CGPA, you have to score 2.3 CGPA (German standard), but now a days even 85% cannot assure you to get entry in TU9, and have to score minimum 6 band or above in IELTS, and try to learn German language at least A1 level.

Fee in German universities is very less . However you may make provision of Euro 1000 per year for fee. Average living expenses will be between Euro 700 to 1000 per month depending on location. You can work 4 hours per day to substadise your fee and living expenses. Based on my son 's MS in Germany I can easily say that as parent my only expenditure was air ticket as he was able to manage his all expenses himself by working in a Telecommunication company.

Hi Onkar,
Germany is very much known for its technological advancements, especially Automobile and mechanical. Few good universities that you can look for are
Hochschule Albstadt-Sigmaringen,
RWTH Aachen University,
Esslingen University of Applied Sciences,
University of Applied Sciences Ingolstadt /
University of Applied Sciences Landshut,
etc.
Most of the universities have English as the medium of teaching. For admission you might have to give GRE and IELTS / TOEFL. Also education in Germany is government funded, there is a possibility that you might have to pay a minimal fee ranging from euro 140-500.
