Hi Maheswar,
On the whole, no. Fees is very high. They have what they say bursary- financial help for bright but poor students. It is worth a try, but I doubt if they will offer to someone from outside the EU countries. You must also have excellent academic standing for any free seat.

Hi G J,
Scholarships are awarded entirely on the basis of merit. It is the same in every country. You must have high percentage, additional achievements, extra-curricular activities etc. for scholarship consideration.
Applicants are considered for scholarship as and when they apply. So, you must first complete your bachelor degree with excellent grades to be considered for admissions as well as scholarships at a German university. Additional research work, publication, seminars, voluntary work etc. will also help a lot.

General eligibility criteria to Masters course at a University in Germany are as follows.
1. Bachelor degree in the same field.
2. IELTS - Minimum 6.5 or TOEFL - Minimum 550(PBT), 213 (CBT) and 79 (IBT)
3. GRE (Engineering) or GMAT (MBA) for some unviersity.
4. Relevant Work Experience (if applicable)
5. Brief on final year Project Work or your current job projects.
6. Extracurricular activities(if applicable)

Hi,
Find below the eligibility criteria to pursue MS degree from universities in Germany.
- Undergraduate degree in same or relevant discipline (70%-80% plus in degree)
- High score in GRE.
- High scores in IELTS or TOEFL.
Preferred GRE score- 300-320 plus.
For admission in masters degree in German universities you need to have IELTS score of 7 with no individual band below 6.5 or TOEFL score of 90 with no band less than 20.
Please note that the eligibility criteria for admission may differ from university to university.

Yes you can apply and if your qualifying marks is good then you will get a better university and you have some knowledge about German language because you are already take masters. Why don't you apply for Ph.d you have already masters degree save your time.
