1. Learn german from embassy.
2. Get a good CGPA.
3. Improve your CV and get LOR.
4. If you want go in management prepare for GMAT

It depends on your interest and the branch which you are going to opt for. There are institutes, which have their own area of specialisation and eligibility requirements. The mandatory requirement is to have German language proficiency. For other requirements you can refer the college's own website. For the top MS institutes in Germany, you may refer the link below:
