I believe that BCA degree which is a 3 year degree course, will not be easily accepted in US. Ireland is comparatively easier. Eligibility differs with universities so please check the university websites.

You should opt for the UK. There are a lot of disadvantages when we compare the UK with Ireland as Ireland is a small country and it is very hard to get a part-time job even in Dublin. The reputed universities are mainly located in the UK.
