Nobody can guarantee you a job. If you complete your MS in a STEM related subject in US, you can obtain the 24 months OPT during which you can work in an area related to your field. If you will get a job will depend on your own skills and qualification. You must network excessively and improve your leadership/communication skills. No university will guarantee you a job, remember.

It is not necessary to be fluent in English. You will soon learn the accent there. You need to focus on education, the college and your interest.

US universities are very generous when it comes to scholarships. It does not matter if the program is research based or not. You must have an outstanding profile to be considered for scholarships, that's all.

Any core branch will always be preferred as with it you can diversify into any job sector. You may check the skill shortage list of USA to see which branch is currently in demand.

You might get into a tier -2 universities, if you had arrears (Backlogs) but have cleared them. However, if you have not cleared and still have arrears, its not possible to get admission.

Decide what you want firstly, what you want to study and what you want to do. Prepare for GRE as it is required.Perhaps for Masters studies in US. Prepare for TOEFL too, this ia the test for English language. every university and program have separate requirements, you must visit university websites and go through the program requirements. Check QS ranking, some options are also available in the study abroad section of Shiksha.

It is a decent university. However, it is private and not-for-profit so the tuition fee will be very high. Plus the living costs of San Diego is also a very expensive city to live in. So overall studying there could be costly.

USA had the most matured and developed Aerospace Design, Development and Manufacturing industry. MS Aerospace Engineering graduates( Indian or US university graduates) have good opportunities in USA Aerospace companies. Lots of IITian are working in USA based companies. Also, lot of Indian companies supply qualified and experienced Aerospace Engineers to USA market.

USA is best location for Engineering and Management education. USA is hub of Technology invention and innovation, therefore, MS in USA will add lot of value to your technical career. If I have a choice I will always recommend MS over MBA in USA. You may evaluate doing MBA in USA after few years of experience.
