If interested in Research go for JRF. Else apply for MBA and look for a corporate job. You must already be aware about JRF be science fellow. for MBA look for good colleges, IIM's, IIT's, NIT's Lovely Professional University, Symbiosis etc. Major point to llok is campus placement placement. Abroad masters all are more specialised programmes. This will make you more employable The education system abroad is totally different as you will have only few lectures per week. Based on lectures you will have group discussions and then you have to give assignments for each topics. Your assignments will be fed in to a software, which will identify and tell from where you have copied the contents. In such case they will ask you rewrite the assignments in your own words. surely it is worth studying abroad to make yourselves more employable in the Global market.
You decide when you complete MBA what is your status in the job market.

MS programmes leads to speciality in that particular area. with more knowledge. MBA programmes normally gives over knowledge of functions.
