While it is difficult to quote exact cost, I can give you an idea on where all you will have to spend money.
1. Graduate Record Examination GRE Exam Fee
2. TOEFL / IELTS Exam Fee
3. Applying to US universities
4. I-20 and VISA
5. Flight Tickets
6. Tuition Fee
Your accommodation cost can be calculated by considering the apartment size, number of roommates and proximity to the university.

Yes, you can by all means apply. If you have no back logs, have good or reasonable grades then your admission will have normal process. Both countries have best universities and it is just that you will have see what is the best one for you. Both country requires language proficiency test mostly IELTS. You must have 6.5 bands in all four modules and this one of the basic requirements. The university policies may differ from one to the other.

Hello Dhiraj,
Both MBA and MS are good fields. MBA on one hand offers a broader and general view in management. On the other hand, MS focuses on one single speciality mostly. There are many good MS colleges abroad. I personally am doing MBA in ITBM from Symbiosis Centre for Information Technology, keeping in mind that IT industry is going at a faster pace in India.
