Hi Harshvardhan,
You can apply to a university and if you are accepted then you can apply for the visa. Now, it is not upto us to give you the admission or the visa so whether or not you will get admission or visa we cannot tell. Your profile seems good so if you apply early with a good application package, strong SOP, good LORs then there is no reason you won't get the visa. Follow the admission requirements and timelines on university websites and apply.

Hi, it is difficult to pin point a specific university and more difficult to locate a university not requiring the IELTS. If they waive the IELTS requirement, they could be giving you a foundation program or you must be an outstanding student. Randomly write to some universities about their IELTS requirements and waivers to have an idea.

Hi Joshus,
The eligibility criteria is different with different universities. A decent academic percentage of atleast 60% and an IELTS score of 6.5 above is required mostly. You have to check university websites for more specifications.

Hi Snehal,
There could be many depending on what kind of job you want to do. If you want to do research oriented work you should perhaps look for a Ph.D or another MS in a specialization of your choice. It's your choice, no-one can possibly tell you what stream is good for you since you are the best person to know your interests and ambitions. You can browse through university websites and check out biotechnology related PG and Ph.D programs. Look our for more electives and specializations. You should also work towards publications and research-oriented project work during your M.Sc so that you have better prospects abroad.
