These are some of the good universities. You can go for MS in robotics and automation.

Depends what and where you want to study. USA generally have eligibility criteria of minimum 50% in graduation, GRE 306 and TOEFL 79 and above is a safe score.

MS- If you are a diehard fan of technical stuff, and if you are able to get into only top universities abroad, then only you shall go for MS.
MBA- If you lost interest in technical stuff, and you are interested in Management related things then you shall go for MBA.
Eventually, personal Interest and ranking of institution matters in both the courses.
