Hi Prateek,
Canadian universities won't accept you for MS CS programs, they are strictly competitive. Not only must you have a 4-year degree course but you must also have exceptional grades. You may check universities in Australia, Germany, Netherlands, Singapore, Hong Kong, etc. if you plan for a 3-year degree course. B.Sc or BCA is a choice you have to make.

Hi Bharath,
Yes, you do stand a chance though it will be competitive. A lot will depend on your SOP and the LORs from your professors. You must also take the IELTS and also demonstrate research interests, etc., through your project works, etc.

Hi Vivek, the Australian universities and the Australian government have a number of scholarship schemes for international students. For university specific scholarships, you have to visit the university websites, mostly they are given on merit basis. Australian government scholarship include Australia Awards Scholarships, Endeavour Postgraduate Scholarship Awards and International Postgraduate Research Scholarships (IPRS).

Hi Tarun,
Ideally, you are. Work experience is an advantage. However keeping aside the work experience you must have very good academic grades and demonstrate research interests, publication etc and clear intent of study. Some knowledge of German language is preferable. You must also take the IELTS.
