Hello,
Yes, you may be able to do your MS in CSE or IT from your undergrad stream of ECE but would be highly competitive. Since both the countries require high scores in the Bachelor's degree with least backlogs, and strong SOP & LORs, you must posses good grades & apply. Canada in addition to your application, prefers your communication with the professors of your stream as most of the MS in Canada are funded & need faculty approval for admission. I would strongly suggest you to take GRE too along with an English proficiency test (IELTS or TOEFL).
Please refer to https://studyabroad.shiksha.com/ms-in-abroad-dc11509.
Hope this help.

Hello,
There are many colleges which are available for MS in CS depending on your profile, You should be giving GRE & have good academics in your undergrad degree with least backlogs. Besides, you should have strong statement of purpose & letter of recommendation from your professors in support of your profile.
You may refer to https://studyabroad.shiksha.com/ms-in-abroad-dc11509 for university options.
If you are planning to go ahead without GRE, you may look at Concordia University Chicago, Northeastern Illinois University, Northern Arizona University, University of Bridgeport, University of Mississippi etc, with only TOEFL.

MS Excel, which I believe you mean Microsoft Excel, is a tool friend. You need to be an expert in various other tools with a multidisciplinary & smart approach to challenges in the jobs of accounting & bookkeeping as a commerce graduate or you need a tech experience & expertise in the software programming if you dream of an accounting software development job.
