Yes, you can do so. You have to approach the admissions office of your desired university to enquire if your degree is ineligible for applications in any way, just to be sure. You will also need to verify the specific requirements as all the universities didn't recognise this degree.
The minimum CGPA required to do an MS in Germany is 7 or 70%. However, if you want to get admission to a world-class university, you need the best score in IELTS, and your CGPA must be around 8.5
Some of the university in Germany that provides MS faculty-
ARDEN University
Technical University of Munich
RWTH Aachen University
Technical University of Berlin .

Hi. Jitin. Among the mentioned college I would say GIBS Bangalore is an exclusive business college in India.
Global Institute of Business Studies (GIBS), ranked among the Best Management Colleges in Bangalore. The attribute that makes learning business management exclusive at GIBS Bangalore is its specialized approach paired with a research focus, innovation culture and entrepreneurship zeal backed by world-class facilities. - Official Transcripts of your Bachelor's program are to be submitted to the faculty. A transcript consists of all the courses you've completed in your Bachelor's program. Typically a GPA of 3.0/4.0 and above is okay.

Then it will be very hard as you have to give big admission charges, so it will be more preferable to get your NEET done first all the best for that, and please upvote if you find it helpful.
