It depends on your interest and the branch which you are going to opt for. There are institutes, which have their own area of specialisation and eligibility requirements. The mandatory requirement is to have German language proficiency. For other requirements you can refer the college's own website. For the top MS institutes in Germany, you may refer the link below:

The Maharaja Sayajirao University (MSU) of Baroda is a decent university. It depends what you want to study and all the departments will not be equally ranked. I ready somewhere (cannot provide reference) that it ranks among the top 10 universities for arts in India. Its engineering branch, though not highly ranked, is also pretty good especially in Gujarat. Many of my friends studied engineering there and are currently doing very good in their professions. Depends on your overall profile, how much did you score finally? It will be challenging to get I to a top university but you can try in lessee competitive options.
