I am not 100% sure but foreign universities doesn't consider BCA as an engineering course. I believe only B.Tech students can only pursue their MS in Computers from the US. BCA holds less value in the US. Although, you should consider talking with that university to clear the doubts.

Both MS and M.Sc are Master of Science. However, both are entirely different. Aspirants who wish to do the M.Sc course should have done either Engineering or B.Sc in any of the Science subjects. But, those who have completed the Bachelors' in Engineering or Masters' programme in Science and Humanities can do the MS programme.

You have a decent profile. Have you gone through any university website? You should first check the admission requirements and also check the different type of MS programs. Some are research based and some are course based. Again, there could be M. Engineering or M.Asc, entry requirements are different. Gaining admissions into a very highly ranked university could be competitive. You may also be required to take the GRE. Additionally, recommendation letters and your motivational letter will also be considered.

It depends on your overall profile. US universities check profile holistically. A very good GRE score coupled with a strong profile overall can get you in.

Hi Shubham,
In case you can justify the fact that you're inclined towards physics no matter what, there's nothing that will stop you. You'll need to prove this, however through projects, internships, research papers and otherwise. All the best.
