IIT's require GATE score for M.Tech in India, GRE is applicable to foreign countries. Your GRE score is good and have a good work experience, better choose for MS in a road that will help you to grow very soon. All the best.

Yes, you can easily get great universities in Canada, like University of Toronto, McGill University, University of Calgary, University of Ottawa and many more with IELTS requirement of 7 or less (6.5 in each section) and 6.5 (6 in each section).
