Hello Shubh,
Yes, you can definitely apply, provided with the reason/work experience you have/had in these 7 years. First, sort out the course and respective universities where you would like to apply and look at the entrance qualifications you would be needing. In general, they ask for IELTS/TOEFL, academic qualifications, work experience, purpose of studying, German language (if needed) and GRE (if they ask).
Good luck.

Hi Kaustav,
You should start researching on university websites first and have an idea of the entry requirements. Your percentage is low but you can apply to universities after checking the requirements. You must also decide where to study. GRE is mainly required by universities in US. Basis your percentage you can try applying to European countries like Ireland, Poland, France, Netherlands, UK, Australia, Italy, Spain etc. Most of these places don't ask for GRE score. But, you must take the IELTS. You cannot proceed without having any idea of the entry requirements, deadlines, etc.

Sure, you can. As the government universities provide almost free education, so the money spent will only be on the accommodation and food and basic requirements which will not be more than 5-6 Lacs. So, the 2 year MS programme can be completed in your budget.

Hi Christ, There are lot of scopes, just you need to choose a path. The major 3 will be: working as a researcher, working as a conservationist, working in government sectors (I'm talking mainly in case of India, as I know it better). As a researcher you can work in many aspects, some of them are: wildlife management, ecology and its subdivisions, like behaviour ecology, landscape ecology, marine ecology etc. , human-wildlife conflict, genetics and so many. After completing M.Sc. You can do either job or research (Projects). You can get job/research projects/funds/ helps in various organizations like : WWF, IUCN, TRAFFIC, CITES etc. And

Many top universities are in USA but they are very expensive and living costs are also very high. Germany is the best option as the universities are not expensive and after completing your studies you can get job in top companies like BMW, Mercedes Benz, Volkswagen, etc.

Hi,
You have a better chance is Australia. Had you maintained better grades, chances of admission in Canada could have been better. You must however give a try. Work experience, recommendation letters, personal statement, etc. also matter.
