Hi, obtaining admissions for a second Masters in Canada will be a challenge. You already hold an M.Sc degree. Universities in Canada don't generally accept similar profiles. Either you get a job and gain some work experience, or look for other options such as a PG Diploma. The chances of admission still will be minimal, unless you have some really strong points to justify your choices. Look at other country options as well.

How to Get Admission in Master of Science [M.Sc] (Agriculture)
The admission to the program is based on performance in the Entrance Examination and the academic record of the student in graduation.
Some of the Entrance Exams for M.sc in Agriculture is as follows:
AGRICET: Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University conducts a Common Entrance Test for admission to M.sc in Agriculture. The application forms are available online from May/ June and the exam is held in July.
ICAR AIEEA: ICAR conducts an All India Entrance Examination for Agriculture. The application forms are available online in February and the exam is held in April.

Lots of Government as well as Private job opportunities are present in front of Graduates. Talking about Government jobs, State Agriculture Departments recruits Graduates to fill up Officer level posts. Government Colleges also hires M.Sc. folks to work as Lecturers. Government Banks also hires them to fill up Officer level posts (that primarily deals with Agriculture related loans).
Talking about Private Sector jobs, graduates may find jobs as Managers at Plantations, as Officers at Fertilizer Manufacturing firms, Agriculture Machinery Industries, Agricultural Products Marketing firms, Food Processing firms etc. One may also work as a
