Yes, you can apply for M.Sc. in biochem if you had it as a subject in B.Sc. even for a semester. Or even if not, then being a PCB student in class 12th makes you eligible to apply for it. But admission will be based on an entrance test which you must qualify in order to study the same.

The minimum eligibility requisite for this post graduate program is a graduation degree in science and related fields.
ELIGIBILITY OF THE MASTER OF SCIENCE [M.SC] (BIOCHEMISTRY)
In order to become eligible for M.Sc. Biochemistry, the candidate should have Bachelors degree with minimum 50% marks aggregate in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Botany, Zoology, Microbiology and other Life Sciences subjects. Few colleges that follow this criteria are Jaipur National University, Jaipur,Barkatullah University, Bhopal,Chhatrapati Sahu Ji Maharaj University, KanpurandSophia College for Women, Mumbai.

Hi.
Yes, M.Sc biochemistry is available in Indian academy of Degree College. Candidates must have secured 40% in aggregate and must have studied chemistry or biochemistry as one of the cognate subjects and must have secured 50% marks at B.Sc. level (considering all optional subjects) and must have studied biology at PUC or 10 + 2 level.
