For admission in JSS you have to have a minimum of 50% in your undergraduate degree. The fees are around 40k per year for M.Sc. Courses.

The average salary package after M.Sc. Bioinformatics is INR 3 Lacs to INR 10 Lacs. It depends on your theoretical and practical knowledge and experience of internship. Also it depends on the size and geographical area of the company. The top recruiting companies are WIPRO, Reliance, Satyam, Ranbaxy, Biscon, Strand life sciences etc.
