Admission to the course is based on the candidate's performance in a relevant entrance exam such as JAM, GATE JNU CEEB etc. Biotechnology is a research-oriented subject which combines the disciplines of Technology and Biology. M.Sc Biotechnology Syllabus is designed in such a way that it enhances candidate's knowledge about biotechnology and its related disciplines such as genetics, animal biotechnology, food technology, plant biotechnology, etc.

You should pursue biotechnology instead of environmental Science, as this has better scope and mainly if you can get genetic engineering branch. JNU has been in the news from a long time and you can see there is no study environment.

Yes, you can pursue M.Sc Biotechnology in Allahabad University. If you are a research oriented student. M.Sc Biotechnology is a 2 years full time on campus course. The total fees is 2600 for two years. Out of which you pay 1310 for first year and 1290 for second year. Hope it helps.

Yes, you can take the admission. Interested candidates can apply online/ offline with required information.
Chandigarh University offers M.Sc (regular as well as lateral), LL.M, MA and M.Com courses in different streams for the duration of two years. The university also offers PG Diploma in Yoga Education. Admission to these courses is based on the marks in CU PG Entrance Test and merit in the last qualifying examination.
