Yes, you can pursue M.Sc. Biotechnology after doing B.Sc. Biotechnology from distance but it should be recognised university. Thanks!

Yes, M.Sc Biotechnology program has entrance. The selection is based on the marks scored in the entrance exam and the qualifying examination (UG) up to V semester/ II year. The enhance exam will be conducted in the university campus only. Further, details of the course syllabus and faculties can be checked online.

It may vary from 160 to 200 out of 360 as full marks for General.
So, little bit less for some select categories.

M.Sc. Biotechnology:
- Students who have passed the B.Sc. (Hons. School) in Biotechnology examination from Panjab University will be eligible for admission to the 1st year of the M.Sc. (Hons. School) Biotechnology, without the entrance test. In addition, the students who have passed B.Sc. In Biotechnology as elective or vocational are eligible for admission to 1st Year of the M.Sc. (Hons. School) Biotechnology on the basis of Entrance Test [OCET] to be conducted by Panjab University. Thanks!
