Obviously Bikas, the eligibility criteria (qualifying exam) is just 60% aggregate marks in Bachelors degree (Applied Medical Science or Medical Science and Allied Medical or Agriculture or Nanotechnology or Biosciences or Life Sciences or Food Sciences or Veterinary Microbiology & Parasitology or Genetic Engineering & Biotechnology or Public Health & Allied Sciences or Plant Science) or equivalent, subject to qualifying test (if any). You have to go for IELTS and if you crack it then you will be eligible for most of the countries. If you give GRE along with IELTS then you will be eligible for all the countries.

Hi Anjali Gupta,
Huge number of students are placed in TCS. The total number of students placed were around 260+ out of around 320 in previosu batches where TCS stood at 103.
30+ companies in campus including Samsung, Sapient, Headstrong, Tech M, Globallogic, Infogain, DCM Shriram, BEL, Idea, Tata Indicom etc.
Highest was around 14 lpa(HLL Asia). Majority of the chunk was in range of 3-5 lpa.
Branch-wise:
CSE, ECE and Mechanical do have ample number of opportunities
Electrical also manages good number and problem remains for newer branches .
However, you can get the exact review from the college Alumni.

In Podicherry University, M.Sc admissions are for 23 seats through the All India entrance examination conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Also, if you want further options then take IIT JAM too alongside.

No, you can't do M.Sc biotech in JNU after B.Sc. The minimum eligibility criterion needed to be fulfilled for pursuing the course is graduation in biology, maths or chemistry.
