The career scope in science field is very good. There are many jobs available in this field for you. You can get into research field as it is one of the best option.
If you pursue M.Sc in forensic science, then you can also try to get a job in CBI or other police services and crime branch
If you pursue M.Sc biotechnology, then you can get into medical field and work as clinical research associate. A bio technologist may find jobs in various quarters in India. Drug and pharmaceutical research, chemicals, environment control, waste management, energy, food processing and bio-processing industries, tanning industries.

M.Sc. in food technology is considered a stream which deals with processing, packaging, distribution of wholesome food which is transformation of harvested food to finished food.
M.Sc. in food biotechnology is about production processes, its supplying industries and for bioanalytical purpose.

Since, you have done M.Sc in biotechnology, you can do MBA in biotechnology also. MBA in hospital administration is also good. But, as your background is M.Sc in biotechnology, I would suggest you to pursue MBA in biotechnology.
