I agree with Rishi Rash that IISC - Bangalore is on top. I want to share the additional information with you.
For getting admission in IISC, you have to give IIT JAM entrance exam. This exam is conducted every year in February. IIT JAM 2017 exam is going to conduct on 12th February. The online application process is going to start from 5th September.
Don't take this lightly, it is not easy to crack because you are going to take admission in IIT or IISC by clearing this.
