M.Sc chemistry is good in Pondicherry University and University of Hyderabad. You can try for chemical institutes other than local or state universities or any affiliated colleges.

After B.Sc, you may pursue M.SC in microbiology or M.SC in biomedical which has great market value. Life science students are employed in the research companies or government colleges.
If you have chemistry background then you have openings in pharma companies.

Yes, admission is pertained through the colleges under this university through management quota. By then, for getting admission in Bangalore University, you have to write entrance exams and come in 'K' then which course are you applying for.
