There is a separate admission test for all IITs for pursuing M.Sc, based on which interviews are performed and subsequent selection is done.

Please consider McGill University, University of Toronto, University of British Columbia, University of Waterloo, University of Alberta and University of Ottawa among others. Note that majority of the universities in Canada do not accept 3-year Bachelor degree, you have to contact them for detailed requirements. Also, some programs may be open to only domestic students.
