Since you are pursing M.Sc my suggestion is to pursue MBA IT, reason being this is of relative field and with good scope ahead and in demand as well.
or if you talk about HR and IB then let me tell you Scope of IB is much more than what is of HR.and since you are wiling for job in middle east my recomendation for you is IB.
