No. Unless you clear your PUCET pg, you cannot get admission in MSc chem in DAV Chandigarh. So first clear it and then try for your MSc. Best of luck.

Yes, if you have not enrolled yourself in the counselling process, then there will be a spot round counselling where you have to go to the preferred university of your choice and then apply for your M.Tech. That happens at the end of counselling.

You can either study as regular attending classroom (75% attendance mandatory) or Study in Distant mode.
Only for the exams you have to attend the college.

No, it is not mandatory to do the integrated program but you have to apply for the M.Sc. You just apply for it and don't go for the integrated courses.
