It is slightly difficult to get the previous year's question papers, but if the university or the college has uploaded them on their website, then you can get them. Else, you can prepare for the exam by sample papers from the following link:

I do not think if is there any distance learning university that offers M.Sc in chemistry or biology in online mode. These courses are available from regular colleges only. You can do some medical certificate courses in online mode but a degree course in Chemistry or Bio is not possible. Still, you can check this link to get more info about distance learning university and distance learning courses:

Yes, they take admission through entrance test but if the seats will be vacant then they can take admission through direct mode.
