After M.Sc in chemistry, anyone can go for Ph.D or fellowship in the relevant field. You can start teaching in a school after M.Sc. You can also go to industries for posts like lab technician, assistant chemist, product designer/manufacturer, etc. Mostly, you can get opportunities for research.

As far I know, both have good scope, but I think you should opt for M.Sc in good technology. Good luck.

Well, you can't go two courses simultaneously with the same university and M.Sc with B.Ed will be too much heav, as they are considered as some ends of education in Science stream. So, I recommend you to go for either M.Sc or B.Ed. Don't go for both simultaneously.

You are not eligible for M.Sc in Chemistry. You can do M.Tech. /ME in Chemical engineering. If you want to M.Sc in maths, then you are eligible because it is necessary to study the subject at least for 2 years/4semesters in which you want to do Master's degree. In B.Tech Mechanical, a student studies Maths in 2 years but, he studies chemistry only for 1 year /1 semester.
