The minimum requirement for entry to an Indian Ph.D. is a Masters degree in a relevant subject, usually with an overall grade of at least 55% (or the equivalent). Candidates will also be expected to have the necessary language skills for their course. As per my knowledge and my experience, you are definitely eligible for taking admission in integrated M.Sc chemistry without mathematics because there is no such criteria that you must have studied mathematics as a compulsory subject for doing M.Sc in chemistry or integrated M.Sc chemistry so don't worry about it, you are definitely eligible for it to have a great future ahead.
