Dear,
The eligibility criteria for admission in M.Sc in chemistry is 45% marks in B.Sc.chemistry Honours and pass marks in Mathematics as a subsidiary subject. Other formalities as decided by the University for admission required to be observed. So it is clear from Eligibility criteria of admission in M.Sc. in Chemistry that after B.Tech in CS you can't do directly M.Sc. in Chemistry.

Yes, you can do the course you are looking for. But, you need to clear the entrance exam to get admission in BHU. It will be the best choice for M.Sc. if you clear the entrance exam. Thanks.
