You can take job in a company requiring strong background in mathematics. If it is applied Maths, it will be very useful. Also, you need to learn a bit of coding. Applied maths + coding, a job will be pretty much guaranteed in any company and/or startup looking for someone to do some research oriented project. With experience, you can become pretty good in coding. Also try to publish at top venues in your field.

Please check for your eligibility to pursue this course from the criteria mentioned below:
M.Sc. Chemistry: Eligibility
As a minimum criterion of eligibility, aspiring candidates need to have completed:
Higher and Senior Secondary levels of education (classes X and XII) with a minimum aggregate score of 60%.
Graduation (B.Sc. with Chemistry as one of the main subjects), with a minimum aggregate score of 50% (45% for SC/ST candidates).
Often, candidates are required to qualify an institute, State or national-level entrance test for admission to the course.
