For doing M.Sc. in Computer Science, the minimum eligibility according to most Institutions is 50% in Graduation (Bachelors degree) in any or Equivalent discipline. Institutions that offer these courses are:
Department of Science (Christ University), Bangalore
Miranda House, Delhi
Lovely Professional University, Punjab
Madras Christian College (MCC), Chennai
Hindu College, Delhi.

Yes, you can apply but I think you should go with physics because it would be better for future job and salary too.
You are already a graduate in physics and experienced, so I think that you should do Masters in the same subject.

Not all universities require GRE for admission. You can always check with the website, the test scores they demand, and most of the universities will demand a nice TOEFL or IELTS score. Prepare for it and get admission in your dream college.

Yes, after completion of BCA, you can join M.Sc Computer. But you need to find the cutoff for this college because your BCA marks are low.

When you study abroad, all Masters are specialised programme not as general computer science. Normally Masters in computer Science is a conversion programme for non-computer UG people to come to IT field. Hence, first, you decide what you are going to study and then look for universities. RMIT is one if the top universities. See the website and see the courses offered. Also, be aware of the cost. It will cost you 30 to 40 Lacs in Australia. You can do one year master in UK for just less than 29 Lacs.
