The minimum requirement for the M.Sc program is B.Sc/B.Tech/BE. You must have completed B.Sc in mathematics/statistics/computer science/physics with mathematics/statistics as a major subject.

Yes, you can apply for IIT JAM Exam. You need a graduation degree in any discipline with minimum 55% marks for General & OBC and 50% marks for SC, ST categories.
