I am not in the same field. But after getting your queries, I have done some research, but unfortunately, I am not getting the cut-off of previous years from none of the pages.
So, my suggestion is to call the admin of the college and ask them your queries. I think they will guide you what to do & if you are not also eligible then they will also tell you.

So far inputs I have for doing M.Sc. offered by S.C.S.&T of IIEST required qualification is - B.Sc. Hons or equivalent with 55% (40% for SC/ST) in different domains like microbiology, botany, chemistry, biochemistry, physiology etc. which includes Food and nutrition also. There is one condition - the candidate must have to study chemistry as one of the subject in Degree level. Standard admission procedure of the Institute is followed. You may visit their site for detailed information.
Best wishes.

As far as information I have, a B. N. Y. S (naturopathy) Bachelor of naturopathy and Yoga Science is an eligible Degree for pursuing M.Sc. In Nutrition and Dietetics. You may have to appear the entrance exam as per the admission procedure of the Institute where you intend to pursue your M.Sc in the said discipline.
Best wishes.
