Hi,
If you have completed B.Sc. in any stream of science such as Botany, Zoology, Chemistry, Physiology, Microbiology or an equivalent degree in a science stream from a recognised board are eligible for Master of Science [M.Sc. ] (Medical Microbiology) course then you are eligible to pursue. Most of the institutions have entrance exams for admission. Hence, the students who have appeared in final year examination of under-graduation and awaiting the results are allowed to apply for the course by such institutions. No, to do M.Sc you have to first complete your graduation. After class 12th you are not eligible for M.Sc.

To practice in any country you must pass the licensing exam of the respective country, look up the net for country specific dental and medical council websites and relevant exams to practice. Foreigners will have additional requirements.
