At the time of registration applicants should write their name as filled in JAM application form. However, during document verification process candidates can give an affidavit on INR 50/- Stamp Paper stating that the two names belong to the same person and if found false at any stage then his/her seat in CCMN counselling will be cancelled.

Once a seat is allotted in CCMN counselling to the students, they need to deposit INR 15,000/- (for GEN/OBC/GEN-EWS) and INR 10,000/- (for SC/ST/PwD) towards Seat Acceptance Fee (SAF). After this applicants need to upload the required documents and submit their willingness as per the procedure. This SAF amount will later be adjusted in the total fee to be deposited for the allotted institute.

No. The Registration fee of CCMN is non-refundable. If applicants do not secure the minimum marks/CGPA, their seat allotment would be cancelled even if they are provisionally admitted to a specific institute.Hence students are advised to ensure that they are fulfilling all the necessary parameters before filling the CCMN 2025 application form.

If two applicants score same marks in NEST exam, then they will get same provisional ranks when the result will be declared. But the tie breaker between them will be done during counselling/admission process by comparing the marks secured by applicants in class 12th exam.
