Hi Sandeep, After completing BMLT you can go for the following degree courses:
M.Sc (Clinical Biochemistry) - 2 years
M.Sc (Clinical Microbiology) - 2 years
You can go for any of the above mentioned courses as per your interest as both are very good courses. It will be best if you go for the Master's degree as it will help you acquire knowledge and practical exposure in the field. Both the courses are viable choices as a higher study option after B.Sc biotechnology. You should pursue a subject which you feel comfortable studying, and where your interests lie. If you are a B.Sc student in biotechnology or any other biological sciences related fields, it is highly recommended that you pursue your M.Sc. The job opportunities for B.Sc graduates in a highly research oriented field as biotechnology are very less and most students tend to pursue their M.Sc in biotechnology or a specialised discipline of biotechnology, including M.Sc genetics.
