The difference is very fundamental. An MBA gives one a thorough grounding in all aspects of the business profession. An individual may concentrate in a particular area, but will still be required to take a certain number of core courses in finance, economics, accounting, marketing, MS and management. Electives will be used for your concentration. In the MS in HRM degree you will spend all your time on the principles of HR, from org design, to training, to everything else the HR profession covers. Both UGC NET and CSIR NET exam are held for the selection of assistant professor and JRF. And the minimum eligibility criteria is post-graduation degree. The candidates can apply for their post-graduation subject or its related subject only. As you have completed both MBA and M.Sc. You are eligible to apply for both UGC NET and CSIR NET. The NET exam consist of two papers. First paper is common for all the subject on the other hand the second paper of NET is based on the major subject of your post-graduation that you have applied for. Hi Akshay,
I would suggest IES for the course. As far as IES MCRC is concerned they provide various ways to excel I. e. they provide us with lots of live projects for each specialisation and also has best faculty members to guide throughout, not only that we have industry mentors who would guide us through the industry of your choice. Apart from that we have some fun learning sessions and also too many guest lectures and this help us to improve our networking. Placements in IES MCRC are decent enough but again that totally depends on your performance throughout. Again I would say choose wisely by comparing them in the parameters mention
