Hi,
You must take exams like TOEFL or IELTS and GRE or GMAT. To study in US, you must take TOEFL and GRE or GMAT. GMAT is mainly for MBA. To study in UK or Australia, you must take IELTS. GRE is not compulsory. Taking these tests requires additional fee and has no effect on course fee.

You cannot possibly pursue an UG degree after you complete your masters. Also you must complete your bachelor before you could apply for masters. These are standard norms followed universally.

Hi Yash, majority universities in US require 16 years education that is four year bachelor degree. You can also meet this requirement by adding a one year PG Diploma course.
