You could go for IIT JAM exam and the forms for the same are out now, even you can apply for exams conducted by various universities such as Delhi University, Panjab University, JNU etc. to get admission in M.Sc Mathematics. Good luck.

Hello,Students in their final year of their graduation can also apply for the JAM Exam. So, you can apply for the JAM Exam that will be starting from 01st September 2018. There is an internal test conducted by YMCA for M.Sc. Mathematics.
Fees structure is around 30 thousand to 40 thousand
