Yes, you can but you should have 65% in maths in your graduation which may be anything like B.A/B.Com/B.Sc with minimum 50% aggregate. If you reach that criteria, you can surely do M.Sc. Maths in DU.

Without attending college, if you wish to do M.Sc Maths, go for distance learning in IGNOU.

Any degree that you do adds to your competence as well as strengthens the job claims. In you case, if you are already working with M.Sc. And B.Sc. This will enhance your claim in Higher Education. I suggest that you should do B.Ed that will be more beneficial for school teaching careers.
