Yes, you can pursue M.Sc. Maths at Kerala University. The basic eligibility criteria to be able to apply for the course is that the candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in the subject chosen for M.Sc. Specialisation to become eligible for admission. Admission to the course is entrance-based. Candidates who make it to the M.Sc. Rank list become eligible for the Personal Interview PI round. The aspirants who want to enrol for an M.Sc. Programme are required to first fill out and submit the Kerala University M.Sc. Admission form.

B.Sc (Hons) (Computer Science) have more scope than B.Sc (Hons) (Mathematics). Job opportunities are more in CS than Mathematics. Also final year mathematics is quite tough compare to final year of B.Sc (CS)
