Msc. microbiology has good scope in india and abroad.you can work in different hospitals and clinical laboratories as microbiologists.you can find opportunities in R&D departments in various pharmaceutical companies. .
Another option for you is to work in research for agriculture firms .
you can teaching in colleges if you have an interest in teaching field.
