Hello Siddharth,
After B.Tech in mechanical engineering doing M.Sc. In physics may not give you any direct tangible benefits. It will better to opt for M.Tech in specialisation of your choice.

Hello,
It is indeed very nice to hear from you that you are interested in doing an aviation course. It all depends on how much more time you can invest along with money. You can think of doing commercial pilot course. Frankly, with M.Sc in Physics, I am sure you can get a job in DRDO or ISRO and then pursue your dream of working in the aviation field. Yes, you can get, if the candidate is meeting the eligibility criteria as given below.
Age: No bar
1. Educational qualification for admission through entrance test B.Sc. (Hons. ). Physics (3 Year Course after 10+2) from
University of Delhi or any other University whose examination is recognized as equivalent to University of Delhi and fulfilling other conditions of eligibility. Or
Any Bachelor of Science or Engineering/Technology from a recognised institution, having studied Physics at undergraduate level with at least six credits in Mathematics/ Mathematical Physics/ Engineering Mathematics and fulfilling other conditions of eligibility
