Yes, you are. Criteria- you should to be graduate from a recognised college with a minimum cutoff percentage stated by respective college or university and preferably in Science stream. However, it was better if you would have specified the college you needed.

OUAT Exam is a University level exam, organized by Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology. OUAT 2019 is scheduled for April 28 (UG programs) and May 27 (Agro-Polytechnic) in offline mode. Why do you want to do M.Sc Ph.D in Physics? In which area of specialization? What makes you feel that you already have adequate knowledge & interest in this field of work to pursue M.Sc Ph.D? Why should we choose you? If this area of specialization is not available right now, then which other area of specialization is of interest to you? What is more important for you, the area of specialization or this institute? (Ideally, you should be more interested in the area of specialization when you want to pursue higher studies.
